Hello fellow card makers. Today I am sharing with you a card I made using products by Paper Smooches. As soon as I saw the Hugs and Kisses die set, I wanted to make this card. This card required no stamps, or even ink. This card is the epitome of clean and simple. The top-folding A2 sized card base is made from Simon Says Stamp Fog cardstock. I also used some Neenah 110 lb Solar White and Simon Says Stamp Black. The shaker bits are Mini Prills in the Red color. I accented the card with some Nuvo Crystal drops in Ebony Black. For a list of supplies, a link to my YouTube video, and some photos look below.
Hello fellow card makers. Today I am sharing with you a card I made for my Nephew, Brice. He is turning 8 this month. This is the card I created for him. I made this card using a camouflage technique with some Mama Elephant Inline Letters dies. I also used Lawn Fawn's Monster Mash Stamp set along with a few stamps from MFT's Adorable Elephants and Beary Special Birthday. Some photos of my card, a list of supplies, and a link to my YouTube video are below.

The Feature Day objective for us was to be inspired by a famous artist or painting to create a project. I have always been attracted to Graffiti art. In my opinion Graffiti art isn't a crime, the real crime is to not see the beauty and talent behind it. Don't get me wrong, destruction of property is a crime, but artists such as Lee Quinones, when given the proper outlet, can really display true talent and inspiration. So, I used him and the New York City Subway art movement as my inspiration for todays card.
I used the One in a Chameleon Stamp set to create my card. I tried to make it appear as though he was camouflaged into the brick wall. I also used the Mud Splatter stamp set to create my colorful background with a rainbow of ink colors. I made sure to mask his eyes and shadow his body to make sure the life of the image still existed. Photos of my project, a link to the YouTube video creating this card, and a full list of supplies are below.

Hello. My name is Koren Wiskman, but many people call me Kori. My husband Tim and I run two businesses and have four kids. If this doesn’t immediately scream insanity, just keep reading…Tim and I grew up in the same waterfront town of Pasadena, Maryland. We graduated High School together in 1998, and about 15 years later we started dating. It would make an excellent love story, but we are not quite finished writing it yet. I became a Mother almost 20 years ago with my daughter Cailin. I’ve been crafting since birth but I discovered stamping when I was pregnant with my first son Hayden over 18 years ago. I fell in love and I have been card making ever since. Since then my joy for paper crafting has grown right along with my family. I now have a step-daughter Olivia who will be 13 this year. You can find me on YouTube and many of the popular social media sites. Thats where you will also meet Dexter my youngest, he is seven, and he is the perfect combination of me and Tim. See many of our family outings and shenanigans as well as plenty of crafting goodness.
